Michael McDowell is a clay craftsman based out of Denver, Colorado. He makes all kinds of cool things (this hanging air plant cradle is genius) for his Etsy shop Mud Puppy, with a particular focus on beautiful items for urban living - think double-duty sculpture and function in every piece. These "weed vases" are so clever - I love their splotchy colors and the tiny shape, perfect for those sidewalk blooms most people deem bothersome.
