Claire Cottrell is a filmmaker, photographer, creative director, and the founding eye behind the best damn art book retailer around, Book Stand. With categories like Sweet Earth, Shades of Pink, Dreamlands, and more, Book Stand's beautiful, thoughtfully-chosen stock puts those usual "fiction," "nonfiction," and "mystery" headlines to shame. Claire also contributes to one of my all-time absolute favorite sites ever (yes, ever!), Berlin-based Freunde von Freunden.
